Shipping Policies

What do you ship?
Our products can be shipped or downloaded with the exception of DVD’s. DVD’s are shipped only.

When do you ship?
Order’s are shipped within two days unless the item is on back-order. We seek to fill back orders within 2 weeks. You will be notified promptly if your item is back ordered.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations in the U.S. Overseas purchases by email request only at Sales@7Thunders.org

How do you ship?
We seek to ship using to factors cost and times of arrival. Shipping prices vary by amounts and weight of the package. Therefore we use various companies such as US postal, UPS, and Fed Ex etc to make the shipping most efficient.

Rates to ship?
Rate for shipping are calculated through our website and the time of purchase.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?
If a tracking number is available with the shipping company you will be provided one by email. If your shipment does not arrive within 12 days, please contact us promptly through Sales@7Thunders.org

In-store pick up option?
Local (KC) orders maybe picked up if arranged before store checkout and final purchase and shipping has been added to the bill. For local pickup please contact Sales@7Thunders.org

Return policies:

Rarely is it necessary to return an item to 7 Thunders. Please contact us before trying to return anything, sales@7Thunders.org

What can be returned? 
Damaged products can be returned. Please contact sales@7Thunders.org for approval before attempting a return.

When do items need to be returned?
Items can be returned upon approval from the 7Thunders office by email. Sales@7Thunders.org

How do customers return items?
If the item is to be returned you will be instructed in your email conversation with one of our 7 Thunders volunteer staff.

Shipping for returns?
We will pay for shipping if a return is necessary.

Credit for returns?
Returns will be refunded or credited to an account if the product was unusable or a new items will be sent immediately. The decision for the refund will be made by agreement with one of our volunteer staff and the customer.
